Thinking about a career in medicine
The Health Careers team hosted a small open forum event to help people who are thinking about a career in medicine.
We ran two different panels. The first was selected for those considering an application as an undergraduate. The second for those who have a first degree in another subject and want to move into medicine.
The advisory panels were chosen from current students to give up-to-date insights about medical school and to share recent experiences of making an application and doing well in the interview process.
We recorded the result and have made the questions and answers available to listen to. Our thanks go to all of the people who attended, and especially to those who asked questions and sat on the panels on the day.
