Can I progress from being a pharmacy assistant to a pharmacist?

By gaining appropriate qualifications and experience as a pharmacy assistant [2] you can apply for positions as a pharmacy technician [3].

However, you cannot progress from pharmacy technician [3]to pharmacist [1], as you need to do the 4-year full-time MPharm degree followed by a foundation training [4] year in a paid work placement.

Can I get financial help from the NHS to train as a pharmacist?
